Encore Travel Rewards benefits are valid only on qualifying reservations made with Dream Vacations – The Operach Team. A reservation must have an eligible value of at least $2,000 to qualify for a Visa Reward Card. Visa Reward Card amounts vary and are based on the eligible value of the new reservation, which may exclude airfare, taxes, fees, transfers and other components. Visa Reward Cards may be used anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted in the United States and are subject to the card issuer’s terms and restrictions. The new reservation must be made within 18 months after the client’s previous trip ends; the new departure date may fall outside that 18-month period. Air-only reservations do not qualify. Eligibility and reward amounts are subject to supplier regulations, rate codes, promotions and other applicable restrictions. Benefits may be reduced or unavailable following a price adjustment, cancellation or other change to a reservation. Referral rewards range from $25 to $250 based on the eligible value of the completed reservation. The referred traveler must be a new client and identify the referring client before booking. One referral reward is issued per referred reservation or group after the referred client travels. Return & Earn is subject to its separate program terms and conditions.
